Head Up Running

It is time to run with my head up, looking ahead. No more looking down on myself or looking behind for answers. Forward is the only way to reach my goals. 



  1. I took a good form running clinic the other day, the guy said looking ahead is the best way to look at things and said I did almost everything correctly minus the hands being tight and moving arms too much!

    and in real life best to look forward then backward
